  • No personal identifiers shared with AI: Your name, email, or any direct identifiers are never sent to AI systems.

  • Separation of identity: AI outputs are generated using only de-identified or pseudonymised data. Your personal identifiers (name/email) are reconnected to the AI output after processing, inside our secured database.

  • Encryption: Identifiers are encrypted in our database and only accessible by authorised systems.

  • Limited purpose: AI is used to improve your experience (e.g., personalised learning pathways) and not for profiling or automated decision-making with legal or significant effects.

  • Compliance: All AI workflows comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and (where relevant) the GDPR and other international data protection frameworks.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We only share your information when necessary:

  • With trusted service providers (IT, cloud storage, payment processors, event hosts)

  • With Awake Academy facilitators and support staff delivering your membership
